I love this quote for a new year. We carry the past in our head as a burden to make it part of the present and create fears of  the future. A burden that we mull over, review with regrets, fear or sadness. Instead you can make the choice to leave it in the past. Allow your soul and angels to assist you in minimizing the negative thoughts. Your soul can tell your brain and your brain can tell your body to let it go. Then, you can release fear, anxiety, pain, dis ease to live life lighter and start new.
